Frozen Creamy Pineapple

Description

A sweet and tangy pineapple smoothie this is secretly healthy! No added sugar and there is a dairy-free option. Feel free to let us know what you think when you try this recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup Crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla yogurt (Greek vanilla yogurt)
  • 1 cup Fat free milk OR coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Add pineapple, banana, yogurt and ice to blender.

  2. Add 1 cup of the milk.

  3. Pulse until mixture is smooth.

  4. Add more milk about 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency is reached (I wanted to be able to slurp mine with a straw and it ended up being about 1 1/2 cups of milk).

  5. Pour into a glass and drink up!
