Ingredients
  • KNORR Mixed Chili Puree 40 g
  • KNORR Gluten Free Pronto Napoli 4.15 kg 100 g
  • Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise 2.4 kg 200 g
  • Coriander, chopped 40 g
  • Green onions (shallots), sliced 100 g
  • Tomato, chopped 400 g
  • Pineapple, cut into wedges 2 kg
  • Prawns 1.20 kg
Instructions
  1. Quickly barbecue the prawns and pineapple wedges with a little oil.

  2. Combine the salsa ingredients together and set aside.
