Ingredients
  • 4 tsp Butter
  • 4 tsp Flour 4
  • 2 cup Milk 2
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tsp Salt 2
  • Pepper to taste
  • 300 g Cooked rice
  • 500 g Cooked shrimp
  • Can drained mushroom 10 pieces
Instructions
  1. Melt butter, blend in flour

  2. Gradually add milk

  3. Cook, stirring constantly over moderate heat until thickened.

  4. Blend in cheese, salt, and pepper.

  5. Continue to cook until cheese is melted.

  6. Place rice, sauce, and mushrooms in a casserole dish and mix together.

  7. Sprinkle cheese on top If desired

  8. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or microwave on high power for 5 minutes, turn and cook another 5-10 minutes or until done.
