Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 plantain
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Fresh pepper
  • 5 big Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cooking spoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Cut the plantain and boil add salt, boil for 12 minutes and drain the water.

  2. Break the egg in a bowl and beat till is foamy.

  3. Add salt.

  4. Slice the fresh pepper,fresh tomatoes and onion.

  5. Heat the vegetable up in a frying pan and pour in the onion.

  6. Fry for 20 seconds,pour in the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper fry for 5 minutes add salt.

  7. Stir very well.

  8. Pour in the whisked egg and fry for 2 minutes then stir and bring down from the heat.
