Cut the plantain and boil add salt, boil for 12 minutes and drain the water.

Break the egg in a bowl and beat till is foamy.

Slice the fresh pepper,fresh tomatoes and onion.

Heat the vegetable up in a frying pan and pour in the onion.

Fry for 20 seconds,pour in the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper fry for 5 minutes add salt.
