You may cancel or downgrade from your Foodnify Premium subscription at any time. You can manage your plan downgrades from the Profile page in the app.
Refund requests can only be made where you are subscribed to the Foodnify Premium annual plan and make a cancellation and refund request within 7 days of the auto-renewal charge.
Proceed to your Profile dashboard, navigate to the Billing area and hit the Downgrade Plan button accordingly.
Upon submission of a request for cancellation, you can keep using Foodnify your billing cycle elapses. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. Contact us for any further assistance or send an email to hello@foodnify.com
