Description

Okpa is a traditional Nigerian food very popular in the eastern parts of Nigeria, especially in Enugu State. Its taste cannot be compared as it’s made with Bambara flour.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Okpa flour (Bambara nut flour)
  • 1 cup of palm oil
  • 2 tsp grounded cryfish
  • 2 Stock cubes
  • 1 small onion
  • Ground Chili Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Warm water
  • Pumkin Leaf as desired
