Recipe Description

Oha (Ora) soup is a traditional soup from South Eastern Nigeria, it has similar recipe with bitter-leaf soup, except that its cooked with Ora leaves. Ora (Oha) Soup is a special soup due to the tenderness of Ora leaves used in preparing it, the recipe are seasonal unlike their bitter-leaf counterpart which can be found all year round.
