  1. Wash the turkey and strain, then make incisions for the spice to enter well

  2. Mix the garlic and ginger paste together

  3. Then blend the pepper and onion into a paste

  4. Add all the spice together that is the curry, thyme, white pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, bay leave,
    oregano and soy sauce in a bowl and set aside

  5. Then add in the vegetable oil in the spice mix.

  6. Combine the strained turkey and the mixed spices together and in the pepper and onion paste and mix
    well

  7. Then put in your seasoning cubes and salt, then mix again

  8. Put in the fridge to marinate for 1-2 hours

  9. Preheat your oven on 180degree or turn on the grill for charcoal grill.

  10. Remove the marinated turkey and place in an oven tray or on the grill

  11. Put in the oven for about 1 hour or leave on the charcoal grill till it’s well cooked

  12. When the turkey is cook through inside and its getting dry and brown remove from oven and set aside.

  13. Your delicious turkey is ready to serve with any dish of your choice or taken with chilled drink.
