Seafood Fisherman Soup
Fisher man soup is a delight, its Sea food taste mixed with delicious spices is quite an exquisite.

Bring to boil your water for cooking in a medium pot.

Dice the onions and chop the peppers after washing them with water.

Wash your other items like the fresh fish (wash well with lime squeeze in water to remove slime), the
prawns and crabs. -
Add in the fresh fish

Add in the crabs
-
Add in prawns
-
Add in your dry fish along with the chopped onions, peppers (fresh bonnet) and dried crayfish
-
Then add in your seasoning cubes and salt to taste

Add in cocoyam powder or paste for thickening
-
Allow to cook for 5 minutes

Pour in the palm oil and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat

Wash and chop the fresh pumpkin leaves
-
Then add these to the soup and allow to cook for another 5-7 minutes

Remove from the heat and serve the soup while hot.

It goes well with starch, Garri or pounded yam as swallow
