Seafood Okra Soup Ingredients
Okra is a plant that have been use widely for ages and it’s got so many recipes and uses, our recipe today is a delight, a finger licking one.

Wash the fish

Cut into desired sizes

Shell and de-vein the shrimps and prawns

Wash the crabs
-
Grate the okra
-
Wash and Chop the fresh peppers

Wash and Chop the spinach.

Wash and dice the onion
-
Put water to boil
-
Add the shrimps, prawns and crabs
-
Season them and cook for 5 minutes
-
Put another clean pot on fire
-
Add the red palm oil, when it heats up, add the diced onions and stir

Add the peppers and put in your seasoning cubes and salt
-
Cover and cook for 1 minute maximum.

Add in the cooked shrimp, prawn and crabs, then pour little water in.

Let them simmer together for 3 mins

Then add the okra and little ugwu
-
Stir and leave for few mins

Your soup is ready

Take with any swallow of your choice like Fufu, eba, pounded yam or wheat.
