Plantain in Goat Meat Pepper Soup
This is a very delicious meal with plantain in the goat meat pepper soup giving it a lovely flavor and taste, its peppery nature help for nasal passage especially in a cold weather, Enjoy.

- 
														Peel, and then slice your plantain into small pieces and set aside. 
- 
														Wash and chop the goat meat. 
- 
														Add the Onions, Ginger, Garlic, seasoning cubes and salt to taste. 
- 
														Place on low heat and leave to simmer for 5-7 minutes. This will help to release the natural flavor of the goat meat. 
- 
														After 5 minutes, lift the lid, add water to cover and leave to boil for 30 minutes. 
- 
														Then add the Pepper Soup Spice and Pepper. Taste for seasoning and just if necessary. You may need to add more water if your Pepper soup turns out too thick. 
- 
														Then leave to cook 2mins 
- 
														Then add the plantain. 
- 
														Leave to cook for another 10minutes or until both Plantain and Goat Meat are soft. 
- 
														Food is ready. 
-
