Chicken Shawarma

In a bowl, mix garlic powder, salt, paprika, cayenne, vegetable oil,1/2 teaspoon salt and two seasoning
cubes. - 
														
Place the chicken in the mixture, coat completely and place in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.
 - 
														
In a small bowl, mix all of the liquid ingredients for the filling.
 - 
														
Slice the cabbage thinly and grate the carrot, then mix the cabbage and carrot another bowl.
 - 
														
After the chicken breasts has marinated for 1 hour
 - 
														
Take the chicken out of the fridge and place on the grill/air fryer or cut the chicken thinly and put on an
oil sprayed non-stick pan to grill (for those without grill or air fryer) - 
														
Heat up the hot dogs on a grill or sauté in a pan.
 - 
														
Once the chicken is grilled and shred or diced separately in a bowl.
 - 
														
Divide the pita bread into two thin sheets.
 - 
														
Spread the mixed ketchup and mayonnaise on the inner side of one bread sheet.
 - 
														
Put the veggies, liquid mixed sauces and 2 hot dog in a bowl and mix.
 - 
														
Add shredded chicken to the mixture and put on the pita bread.
 - 
														
Wrap it up with both bread sheets.
 - 
														
Repeat for the remaining three covers.
 - 
														
Grill the shawarma folded side on a pan (low heat) or use shawarma press machine, its heat will seal the
wrap. - 
														
Your yummy chicken shawarma is ready.
