Chicken Shawarma

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, salt, paprika, cayenne, vegetable oil,1/2 teaspoon salt and two seasoning
    cubes.

  2. Place the chicken in the mixture, coat completely and place in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.

  3. In a small bowl, mix all of the liquid ingredients for the filling.

  4. Slice the cabbage thinly and grate the carrot, then mix the cabbage and carrot another bowl.

  5. After the chicken breasts has marinated for 1 hour

  6. Take the chicken out of the fridge and place on the grill/air fryer or cut the chicken thinly and put on an
    oil sprayed non-stick pan to grill (for those without grill or air fryer)

  7. Heat up the hot dogs on a grill or sauté in a pan.

  8. Once the chicken is grilled and shred or diced separately in a bowl.

  9. Divide the pita bread into two thin sheets.

  10. Spread the mixed ketchup and mayonnaise on the inner side of one bread sheet.

  11. Put the veggies, liquid mixed sauces and 2 hot dog in a bowl and mix.

  12. Add shredded chicken to the mixture and put on the pita bread.

  13. Wrap it up with both bread sheets.

  14. Repeat for the remaining three covers.

  15. Grill the shawarma folded side on a pan (low heat) or use shawarma press machine, its heat will seal the
    wrap.

  16. Your yummy chicken shawarma is ready.
